By using the StickyTopics application ("Service"), available on web, desktop, and mobile, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
StickyTopics provides a productivity and sticky notes organization tool. You may use this Service for personal, academic, or professional organizational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its normal operations.
You retain 100% full intellectual property rights and ownership over all notes, content, checklists, and data created or imported into StickyTopics. StickyTopics claims no ownership or rights over any user content.
StickyTopics offers optional integration with Google Drive to enable cloud backup and multi-device synchronization. By connecting your Google account, you authorize the Service to create, read, and update the application backup file (stickytopics_backup.json) in your Google Drive App Data folder in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
StickyTopics is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain robust data persistence and backup features, you are encouraged to periodically export or download offline copies of essential notes.
You may discontinue using StickyTopics at any time. You can disconnect cloud services and delete all locally stored data directly through the application interface.
